Who Am I?  Discover Your DISC.

We all have different styles of communication that is influenced by our upbringing and our adaptations to the environments around us based on our perceived version of the environment. First, we will learn what type of communicator you are and how you think. We will help you to understand the next steps you can take to use this information to succeed based on your input in your Personal Awareness Quiz.  Our One to One online, recorded session will review and explain your assessment results and give you answers and ideas on how to move forward.

Learning to understand how others perceive your you can give you opportunity to adjust how you are heard by others. The first step is to understand you.  Then you learn to identify and understand others styles of behavior and communication. A person's behavior is a necessary and integral part of who they are. In other words, much of our behavior comes from "nature" (inherent), and much comes from "nurture" (our upbringing). It is the universal language of "how we act," or our observable human behavior

When you take our Who Am I online DISC assessment we are measuring four dimensions of normal behavior. They are:

  1. How you respond to problems and challenges.
  2. How you influence others to your point of view.
  3. How you respond to the pace of the environment.
  4. How you respond to rules and procedures set by others.

This assessment analyzes behavioral style; that is, a person's manner of doing things.  We will guide you through the results so you have a complete understanding of your internal and external make-up.  We will identify your value and contribution, blind spots and ideal working environment. You can learn a great deal by comparing your Natural style graph with your Adapted style graph to find both similarities and differences. Careful examination of the two bar graphs can give you a great deal of valuable information and insights into how (and possibly why) you act the way you do and great clues about how you can better adapt your behaviors to connect and communicate with others more effectively. In a nutshell, one is more internal – related to your drives and motivations – and the other is more external – related to the actual behaviors you show to others. Learn your stress points and how you can avoid being out-of control.

The focus of the assessment is on each individual—YOU.  Our programs develop next level performers, successful leaders and productive teams. We strengthen leadership, communication and team building skills in individuals and entire teams having a positive impact on every business’s deliverable.

Our forty-five minute consultation is eye opening and empowering.
